No refunds for completed transactions, except for Buy Leads (refund requests within 5 days for non-contactable leads).
1.8 Termination
The Company may suspend/terminate accounts for breaches, fraudulent activity, or non-compliance. No refunds apply.
1.9 Jurisdiction
Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India, under Indian law.
